Kate Gummerson - Head of Finance
My name is Kate, and I am Head of Finance at TEC Reports Group Limited I have been employed with the company since February 2022 During my time with the business, my role has changed significantly as initially I was taken on as an Assistant to the Finance Manager. Upon their departure, I was given the opportunity to head the day to day running of the accounts team. As a team of three, we cover all accounting functions for the group. Outside of the business, I have two daughters, a stepdaughter, a husband, a dog, and my favorite child is our brand-new motor home which we are thoroughly enjoying spending our weekends away in! My eldest daughter will begin her apprenticeship with TEC Reports Group Limited later in the year as she begins her journey into Finance and Accounting.
Suzanna Lacey - Acting Supervisor Operational and Technical Support
My name is Suzanna, & my job title is Acting Supervisor - Operational & Technical Support. I joined the company in March 2013 within the Admin team, progressing to the total loss team a couple of years later, & then to the role of Total Loss Team Leader. In 2020 I progressed to Technical Support & more recently in August 2023 moved to my current role. I have a degree in Computing Management with Web Based Systems, & in my final year my parents moved to France resulting in several trips a year to go and visit them. Outside of work I enjoy Motorsport, which I have followed since I can remember, & in my spare time I enjoy building Lego models, spending time in the garden, reading along with playing computer games.
Linda Brint - Senior Advisor
Hi my name is Linda, I am Senior Advisor at Tec reports, I have worked here for 9 years in the admin/total loss side of the company. I love working as a team and talking to customers/insured. I live in Swadlincote with my 8-year-old son Freddy and Goldfish Goldie. I am all about my family and lunches with the girls.

My name is Steph and I am a senior advisor at Tec Reports I’ve been at this company since August of 2021. I love an adventure and new challenges- anything from spontaneous trips with our little boy Saxon-Jude to running a Falconry business with my fiancé! All things home comforts are my absolute favorite!!
Tia Mole - Admin Advisor
My name is Tia and the department I specify in at Tec Reports is Admin Advisor. I have been working for Tec Reports since January 2023. Outside of work: I love spending time with my partner, and our 2 pups Lola and Teddy. The four of us are very adventurous, we all love walks and never say no to exploring the outside world. We also have our go-to drive-thru which is of course Starbucks - I believe the dogs get more excited than us humans!

I love discovering myself so I spend most of my time learning about astrology, human design and psychology. I also dabble in witchcraft so would be able to read your future through tarot.

I have recently graduated from Aberystwyth University with a Bachelor of Arts in Film and TV studies. In my spare time I love to dance which I have been doing since I was 3 and I like to explore the peak district with my partner
