Recently, TEC Group undertook its largest review of the company’s services and processes to fully understand how we could adapt to meet the ever changing demands of this challenging sector.
This work included cross industry research about future trends, which helped us create a future blueprint for a group with the right structures to address many of the sector’s important issues, such as predictable lower average repair cost outcomes and repair lifecycles, and the increasing impact Artificial Intelligence (AI) will have on the claims process and the whole claims lifecycle.
